Overlooking the city of Cordoba, Argentina, the 367 House by architect Mateo Ponce de León is an incredible house that is perfectly nestled into its rugged surroundings. The L-shaped residence features three levels, divided in two perpendicular wings.
Built on the highest point on a hillside lot, each room offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. One wing includes social areas and another is for private activities. The rooftop is also designed to be a place for social gathering.
The 3,229-square-foot home also has parking space for two cars on a covered terrace, which is connected to the hillside behind the home. According to the architect, the unique mix of open, partially covered, and covered spaces adds to the home’s fluidity and its connection with the environment.
